Key Account Manager / Product Manager m/w/d

Workwear for wholesale customers

We are looking for a colleague to join our customer and product management team in our Vienna office – full-time preferred. This position offers an exciting mix of tasks – from supporting our key accounts and product management to production development and production topics.

Your varied area of responsibility

• Independent support and further development of existing key accounts
• Product development and consulting, inventory control, preparation and coordination of order proposals, coordination of deliveries and ongoing communication
• Product and production management: coordination of production and monitoring of order deadlines
• Intensive cooperation with our production managers on questions of quality, delivery scheduling and production prices
• Support in acquiring new customers (concept development, creation of presentations, preparation of sample collections, customer meetings)
• Preparation of different key figures
• Processing operational customer issues, e.g. answering queries about products, orders or complaints

Your qualifications and skills

• Completed commercial, technical or comparable training
• Enjoy dealing with customers
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Professional experience (min. 3 years), ideally experience with major B2B customers
• Know-how in the field of clothing and textiles
• Perfect German and very good English skills

The minimum salary on a full-time basis for this position is 2,700 euros gross, depending on qualifications, up to 4,000 euros gross is possible.
