FL Textil strengthened its market position in Germany and acquired a majority stake in Pankonin Corporate Wear (PCW). As part of the company succession, FL Textil acquired the shares of company founder Jürgen Pankonin. PCW is a leading supplier of merchandising and promotional textiles as well as high-quality corporate wear. The acquisition enables a strategic expansion of FL Textil’s activities in Germany. Both companies will benefit from closer cooperation in the areas of production, purchasing and business development.

FL Textil moves into new office location in Vienna
FL Textil is continuing to grow and is therefore moving to a larger office to meet the company’s increasing requirements. The new location on Gaudenzdorfer Gürtel is known as ‘The Chocolate Factory’. It offers a central location with excellent public transport connections.
The office building has a long history: it was built in 1910 as a warehouse and administration building for the Stollwerck company. It was planned by the renowned Viennese construction company Pittel und Brausewetter and the architect Rudolf Krausz, who came from northern Bohemia. The listed facade of the building lends the new location a special charm and combines tradition with modern working methods.
With the move, FL Textil has created the ideal conditions for further growth and even more efficient customer service.
