In addition to our various certifications such as GOTS, Fairtrade and Green Button, our personal commitment in the main production countries of India, Bangladesh and China is particularly important to us.
With state-of-the-art production facilities from our long-standing partner factories, we ensure high quality and reliable delivery. External testing institutes and our in-house laboratory monitor the quality of our products. These strict quality controls ensure that every item in the collection meets your requirements and our standards.

Fulfilment

One of our most prominent strengths is our fulfilment, which covers all processes from the storage of clothing, ongoing order processing and daily dispatch of goods to inventory management and replenishment of stocks.
Our state-of-the-art warehouses in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, USA and Australia enable us to ship goods reliably and quickly, usually within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Our dedicated, experienced team ensures efficient, straightforward processing of daily customer orders and returns.
